Max and his wife Masha (Maria) are the station's bosses.
Max is one of the most known, experienced and respected windsurfers in Russian and Ukrainian windsurfing community. He started to ride in 1985, was a member of Ukrainian National team and won endless number of WS competitions, before he started to work as an instructor in 1996.
Real "soul freestyler" and excellent instructor with great teaching experience. Some time ago started with kite surfing and immediately made a remarkable progress in this sport as well. And – the last but not the least – just a great guy, friendly and opened person with a charming smile:)
Masha is responsible for welcoming the guests, equipment rental and bookkeeping; she also takes care a lot to keep the station neat and comfortable.
Maria doesn't do windsurfing so far (saying that one crazy guy in the family is enough ;), but creates that great atmosphere which really makes this place HOME!
